Fantastic B&B with amazing service near popular attractions. The attention to detail here is superb, from the clean rooms with satellite TV and fast wifi to the daily breakfast. The friendly and helpful staff, like Marco, go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist crowds, and within walking distance to famous sites. Truly a great value for money. The only small drawback I noticed was the hairdryer, but everything else was perfect!

During our stay, we were blown away by the exceptional location of this hotel. The proximity to the metro station made it easy to go anywhere in the city quickly. We loved how close we were to the Vatican, especially the Vatican museum. The room we stayed in was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing - it was really spacious and bright. We also appreciated the kindness of our host who was very helpful with everything we needed.
The lobby shared by three apartments was quite small and could feel cramped, particularly if too many people come together.

The room was reasonably clean and had a small balcony that offered a decent view in the morning. Also, the location was quite convenient for my business trip, as it was just a short walk to the subway station and the local market.
The check-in process was a mess. I had to go to a different location to pick up the keys, which wasted my time. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was not functioning properly in my room, which made it challenging to work remotely. Additionally, the communication with the staff was not smooth, and I felt like they were not interested in addressing my concerns. All in all, while the location and room had their advantages, the overall experience was subpar.

The location of the guesthouse was amazing! Just a few minutes' walk from a metro stop and also close to a major tourist attraction. The room was fantastic and very clean, with all the amenities we needed. We also loved the friendly communication from the staff.
We didn't get the room we had initially booked, but the staff did offer an explanation for the change. It would have been nice to have access to basic drink facilities in the communal area, but overall it was a minor issue.
